Rashid Mbwiza
Court-Annexed Mediator with the Judiciary and a Mediation Trainer. Leads the firm's litigation, mediation, and conveyancing practice.
A boutique Kenyan law firm led by Advocate Rashid Mbwiza — bringing together the discipline of litigation, the craft of conveyancing, and the quiet power of mediation to help individuals, families, and businesses move forward.
Rashid Mbwiza is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Professional Mediator, and a Mediation Trainer. Over a decade of practice has taught him that the best legal outcomes are the ones a client understands, controls, and can live with — whether the path runs through a courtroom, a boardroom, or a quiet mediation room.
Before founding the firm he served as Associate Advocate with Chimera Kamotho & Company and Khatib & Company in Mombasa, and currently serves the Judiciary of Kenya as a Court-Annexed Mediator. He is a former Convener of the Mombasa Law Society ADR Committee and a member of the Integrity Committee of the Kwale Law Courts.
